Remitting Payment:   Your payment must be made payable to: Tom Vaughn, Chapter 13 Trustee. The payment must reflect your CASE NUMBER and YOUR NAME as it appeared when your case was filed. There are several payment options available to the debtor when making payments to the Trustee: Option 1: Payroll Deduction Experience has shown plans with payroll deduction are most likely to succeed. Please contact your Attorney or the Trustee’s office to setup this option. Option 2: Mailing Payments Note: We do not accept personal checks or payments mailed to our street address. All Money orders and Cashier’s checks should be mailed to: Tom Vaughn Chapter 13 Trustee P.O. Box 588 Memphis, TN 38101-0588 *** This option can take 7-10 days to post to our system, To check the status login to www.ndc.org  Option 3: E-Pay (Pay online) You MUST have a “checking” or savings account. • You CANNOT use Debit cards, Credit Cards or Pre-paid Cards. • Make a one time payment or make all your payments online using Chapter 13 ePay. • Schedule date and amount of each payment to be paid from your checking or savings account. • Save the cost of purchasing money orders or cashier’s check. • Stop paying overnight mailing prices to ensure your payment arrives on time. • The transaction fee for online payments is $1.00 Make a Payment ePay Frequently Asked Questions Helpdesk Option 4: Pay by Phone Don’t have time to run to the Currency Exchange or bank to pick up a Money Order or Cashier’s Check ?
